TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please review the following policies carefully before booking:

* All sales are final. Retainer fees are non-refundable.

* Rescheduling requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Reschedule requests made at least 7 days prior to your session may be transferred to another available date. Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to book another date.

* Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session time to allow time for parking and getting settled. Your session will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

* Late arrivals cannot be accommodated beyond the reserved session time. Arriving 10 minutes or more after your scheduled start time may result in cancellation of the session and forfeiture of your retainer. Additional time cannot be added due to tardiness.

* Everyone must arrive dressed and camera-ready. If your package includes two looks, please arrive in your formal outfit first. Casual attire or pajamas should be worn second.

* Please make sure children are fed, rested, and ready for their session. While we always do our best to work with each child, additional session time cannot be provided due to lack of cooperation, feeding, changing, or other delays.

* The number of holiday scenes photographed will depend on the collection selected, arrival time, outfit changes, and your children’s pace/cooperation. Specific scenes or a specific number of scenes cannot be guaranteed.

* Only the family members included within the selected collection may participate in the session.

By purchasing a time slot, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the selected collection details, pricing, and all Terms & Conditions listed above.
